What would be the cheapest way to travel from East Sussex to Paris?
I want to travel to Paris from roughly the 6th-9th of November. I'll be leaving from East Sussex, and I can get a ride to Ashford or Calais or wherever, so that doesn't need to be taken into account. There'll be 5 of us travelling, and we're all 16. What's the cheapest way to do this?

Please help!! Thank you in advance! :) x

  • Very easy. You need only take Metro line #5 from the Gare du Nord Metro station. You want to go in the direction of Place d'Italie. Its about a 16 minute ride to your stop.

For a 6N, 5D for two in Paris from malaysia will run you anywhere from $4800 US to $5600 US depending on where you stay and eat. This does not include shopping but it does include food flight hotel and some entertainment.

  • mannnn france was so pretty before the fuckin arabs came

From CDG take the RER B marked "Direction : Massy-Palaiseau" to the Cite Universitaire stop and transfer to the T3 tram line marked Direction : Pont du Garigliano (Hopital G. Pompidou) which will take you to the Porte de Vanves metor/tram stop.

From Orly take the Air France bus to the Gare Montparnasse and get on the Metro line 13 train marked "Direction : Chatillon Montrouge" which will take you to Porte de Vanves.

ryanair lines. average ticket is 45 bucks and they go every where in europe

  • Buddy says:

High speed train London to Paris, Eurostar, that goes through the chunnel. 2 3/4 hours.

regular train Paris to amsterdam is 4 hours and 11 min, runs every two hours or so.

Return, I'd skip paris and go direct via Brussels — Paris is out of the way. 5 hours via train, change trains in Brussels.

Although a plane may seem faster, you have to count the time to get to/from the airport, and the time to get though security.

  • my husband and i took our daughter for her 1st bday. there are family friendly parks but restaurants are not very family friendly. not that they are rude, but they don't accomodate strollers or have high chairs. (at least none that we went to). the restaurants were always super crowded and we went in october when its not supposed to be overwhelmed w tourists. but it was an experience of a life time and if i were you i wouldn't hesitate to go. as long as you make effort to speak french or let the people know that you know you are a guest…the people are nice. oh and one awesome thing is if you have a baby you don't have to stand in wicked long lines, they let you in a seperate door. just beware that finding an elevator can be tricky inside the louvre or other museums. and good luck finding a baby changing table! lol i truely hope you and your family go to paris, it was so amazing!

  • @nrg1901 What has Milan got to do with France?

  • France sucks. my mon got robbed in Milan years ago. It’s just not safe there.

  • People are so jalous xD

  • The cheapest way is by train through the tunnel. But there's no sightseeing. The most interesting way is by ferry from Folkstone to the port in France.
