In general, Flashbooking guides have been written for giving the essential information about the most visited cities in the world and in particular for any traveller or first-time visitor.

It is also known as Thera. It is the southernmost member of the Cyclades group of islands, with an area of approximately 73 km², and in 2001 had an estimated population of 13,600.

For a short visit, a week-end, a city break, these free pocket guides are useful printable and downloadable tools available online.

Santorini is essentially what has been left from an enormous volcanic explosion which destroyed the settlements thereon and led to the creation of the current geological caldera.

Flashbooking’s happy travellers can book their rooms and beds not only in cheap hotels or cheap hotel Santorini but also consider other budget accommodations in Bed and Breakfast, Guesthouses, Campsites, apartments, farm houses and much more.

Its spectacular natural beauty along with its eminent nightlife make the island one of Europe’s top tourist hotspots.

With the monthly newsletter, Flashbooking puts at travellers, students, volunteers free disposal some useful pocket travel guides of major European cities: the Amsterdam City guide, the London City guide, the Prague City guide, the Paris City guide, the Rome City guide, the Florence City guide, and the freshly issued Santorini Island guide!! For the Santorini travel guide Flashbooking staff efforts concentrate on making it simple to read dividing the Santorini centre in different districts with their relevant amenities.

A giant central lagoon, more or less rectangular and measuring about 12 km by 7 km, is surrounded by 300 m high, steep cliffs on three sides.

Flashbooking accommodation database is easily available online and comes completed with all relevant information about youth hostel and hotel location and map, description, services, hostel contacts, customer ratings, six pictures and updated prices inclusive of taxes and services together with instant real availability.

The island slopes downward from the cliffs to the surrounding Mediterranean sea.

Having the reservation final price is also convenient as it does give the transparency our users pretend while booking. Having the final total amount of your booking means you do not have to worry about other extra surprises!

On the fourth side, the lagoon is separated from the Mediterranean by another much smaller island called Therasia. The lagoon merges with the sea in two places, in the northwest and southwest.

Flashbooking policy tends to privilege small and family-run hotels in order to promote an alternative tourism respectful of cultures and different societies.

Last but not least, if you wish to help us, you can either give your personal ratings of some accommodations, lodgings, bed and breakfast Santorini, youth hostels and budget small hotels where you stayed, or enlarging the hostel offer by reporting some new hostel contacts!

The Athens of today is a crowded congested city with a high level of pollution, a city in which the old and the new have failed to harmoniously combine together, where the city’s ancient monuments are swallowed up by a huge expanse of concrete and metal, signs of the indiscriminate city planning of the 20th century.

With the monthly newsletter, Flashbooking puts at travellers, students, volunteers free disposal some useful pocket travel guides of major European cities: the Amsterdam City guide, the London City guide, the Prague City guide, the Paris City guide, the Rome City guide, the Florence City guide, and the freshly issued Athens City guide!! For the Athens travel guide Flashbooking staff efforts concentrate on making it simple to read dividing the Athens centre in different districts with their relevant amenities.

However, in spite of this Athens is still a city worth exploring, a city of Mediterranean warmth and a crossroads and meeting point for western and oriental cultures.

Flashbooking chose to provide backpackers, students and families with a list of budget selected and independent accommodations worldwide, mostly run by locals, in order to promote an alternative tourism respectful of cultures and different societies.
Lanzarote was first discovered during the 14th century and became a part of the growing Spanish empire some 100 years later. For centuries the island relied on agriculture and fishing, before the advent of modern day tourism in the early 1970´s. Which really took off – so much so that by the 1980´s little Lanzarote was a big favourite with tourists from the UK and Germany and receiving over 2 million visitors a year.

Today these numbers have been whittled away a little by the arrival of newer holiday options on the scene. But Lanzarote remains a firm favourite with British tourists – with over 80,000 touching down on the island last month alone. In part this is due to the fact that there are cheap flights to Lanzarote available from most of the airports in the UK. And plenty of competing airlines to choose from too, so creating lower prices for travellers.

Lanzarote boats three main holiday resorts which is where most visitors tend to stay. And this is where the best accommodation can be found too. With a wide array of Lanzarote villas and apartments available for rent alongside hundreds of hotels. Prices are reasonable – with the average four star establishment currently charging around €60 per room per night.

The cost of living on the island is also much cheaper than in countries such as the UK too. Eating out is an affordable luxury as opposed to something that requires taking out a mortgage. With set menus and tapas offering seriously cheap alternatives. And even holiday extras such as car hire and petrol are much more affordable. For example car hire in Lanzarote starts at about €13 per day.

It´s certainly advisable to hire a car as although the island is small and there is a local bus service many of the main attractions lie well away from these routes and can only be reached by car or tour bus. If you don’t fancy driving then there are plenty of companies that organise guided tours of the island. Which all take in key sights such as the volcanic region and the creations of Cesar Manrique.

The journey time to Lanzarote from the UK is just four hours and EU residents don’t require any special entry visas.

2007 has come. And definitely you have set goals for the New Year. Goals concerning your work, family, relationships, friends. All the things you wish to achieve during this year might seem a bit stressful. All the planning and the hard work might tire you even when you only think of it. If this is a case with you -too-, then please take my advice. Add within your schedule and goals, the planning of your summer vacation, too!<br />

Why is should you follow my advise?

I can give you few, out of the hundreds reasons.

1. It is the best chance to get away from it all

On your vacation it will be only you and the ones you have chosen to spend your time with. Away from work, the phone calls, the daily to do list. There is more time to talk and spend quality time together with your travel companions without the daily distractions. The only thing you will have to do on your vacation is to relax.

2. Your life may finally become an adventure

Even if you are not particularly brave, your holidays may be full of small adventures. It is a great chance to discover the little Indiana Jones hidden inside of you. Visiting an archeological site, or discovering a remote beach, or just being in a foreign country, can be small adventures, isn’t so?

3. Re-charge your batteries

Having summer vacations, which is almost in the middle of the year, give you the chance to relax, first of all, and reflect on what you have achieved up to that point. Vacation is a revitalizing experience, which can fill you up with energy to get back home and deal successfully with all your every day issues. At the end of the day, you work hard and you deserve it!

So, having explained the importance of summer vacation let me give you some good reasons to start planning them right after you’ve read this article.

First come, first served is what you will have to keep in mind. The earlier you start planning the more chances you will have to live the vacations of your dreams! You do not want to be the one that is told, that the hotel you have chosen is fully booked or that the only tickets available offer you seats right next to the toilet…?

Not to mention the early-booking discounts you will be offered, if you book soon!

And if these are not enough, let me remind you of the excitement the whole preparation process provokes, which is also part of a successful vacation.

If everything up to know seems all right to you, and I’ve managed to persuade you, then I hope you’ll take one more piece of advice from me…

This time my advice is regarding the holiday destination you choose;

GREECE is what I highly recommend!

It is a country that offers hundreds of possibilities for all type of vacationers! Whether you want a family vacation or just send your holidays with your best pals, whether you wish to spend romantic moments with your partner or look forward to endless nights of wild clubbing, Greece offers you all these possibilities.

Sun, Sandy Beaches, Civilization & History, Modern Life and Natural Beauty all combined in one place.

2000 Greek islands, 3000 years of history are waiting for you to discover!

To make you life easier, and especially your vacation planning a joyful experience I recommend Travel Guide Greece. An internet travel agency with years of experience, 100% personalized service and the best deals you will find. Vacation and honeymoon packages, island cruises, hotels and excursions they undertake it all, and in less time that you would imagine, you will have your tailor-cut vacation package ready. If I where you, I would request Athanasia, the most helpful travel consultant I’ve met up to now.

Are you still reading? Stop! And start planning your 2007 summer vacation in Greece along with Travel Guide Greece

It has been said that the most popular type of game to play is online slots. We can’t avoid or even omit the opinion. From the nearest, so many people are playing the game right now. Although it has not been measured by scientific devices—because for doing measurement accurately needs tools like the digital devices; but usually the matter can be done with some software from internet without using the devices; we can determine to choose one of the booth ways according to our capability—but the fact has said obviously about the matter.

Plus, the word “online”, what really is it? For proving, please click online slots. About the last mention, it has been said that those who are playing the game right now, really are those who can do their likeness (playing game) at whatever space or place. Modern human is very-very brilliant to mention types, forms, scales, models, styles, or much more of the space or place. The space and place are like out from the concept of the word “online”—see the word “like”! May be it is very proper also to say that really there is no longer a word “space” or “place” in the online system’s dictionary. Meaning, from the hyperbolic expression, online system has gone through every side of whatever the word for “space” or “place”. Language limitation in using a word has made every mouth difficult to explaining the matter. But, thank to God that has given us so abundant words!

Especially in the case of the online system, please click online slots for easing our thinking about the new phenomena. Really, what has made so many people come to play the online slots? Some sources have mentioned some words refer to the answers of the question. Those are: easy-to-use, easy-going, easy, fast, safe, real time, real money, real game, real playing, real casino, real gambling, real, real payout, real betting, real player, real option, on time, practical—meaning: it can be worked whenever and wherever, simple—meaning: not complicated, although the machines for moving all of the games need so-so complicated algorithm or formula of program, or much more. Who the modern man or the modern woman that does not understand about all of the words or the likewise? In strong answer: it is impossible for them to not understanding all over the words. Really, all of the words mentioned above are very correct for being the answers of the question mentioned above.

Aside from being famous for producing one of the world’s best cigars – the Cuban Cigar, Cuba is becoming popular for having beautiful beaches and friendly people. Entrance to Cuba can be easily accessed if you are coming from Canada or other European countries.

If you are planning a trip to Cuba, make sure to experience the country’s beach tourism. Cuba is known for having coastlines that are blessed with white and soft sand. Their seas have clear blue waters and most of the resorts in Cuba offer water sports activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, and much more.

You can experience Cuba’s beautiful beaches by visiting the Santa Lucia, Playa Ancon, and Varadero. There are also causeways that are manmade and often visited by tourists such as Cayo Sabinal, Cayo Paredon Grande, Cayo Guillermo, and Cayo Coco. These cays are located in the northern coast of Cuba. If you want to visit an undeveloped beach that offers a great swimming experience, then don’t forget to go to Playa Corintha located at the eastern side of Cuba.

Before making that trip to Cuba, make sure to plan your vacation carefully. It’s best to visit this enchanting place between the months of November to April since all throughout the year, Cuba experiences a tropical climate hence it is quite humid and hot. Also, avoid going to Cuba during rainy season which is from May to October.

Pollux Parker is an adventurer who loves discovering secret island getaways in each country he visits. Pollux also likes to collect Cuban flag and buy Cuban flag.

February 25, 2009, our last full day in Cuba had arrived. I had spent the night in Santiago and my local Cuban friends Maria and Manolo were ready to continue to be my tour guides. I received a nice omelette for breakfast and Manolo explained that he had not had milk for years. Cuba experiences severe food shortages, and milk in particular is in short supply. Only children 8 or younger are entitled to receive real milk products on Cubas libreta, the rationing card. We were ready to head off to start our explorations and walked down to the port area where we caught a bicycle taxi. All three of us hopped on, and powered by pure renewable human power, we were wheeled past the Hatuey beer factory to the famous Santa Ifigenia Cemetery, one of Santiago de Cubas most famous landmarks. I had to pay 2 Cuban convertible pesos (about $3) to get in, 1 peso for me and 1 peso for my camera. The Cementerio de Santa Ifigenia is a real germ, it features stunning architecture and beautifully designed monumental white limestone tombstones. Cubas national hero, José Marti, is buried here, and the cemetery dates back to 1868. One of the most well-known residents of this cemetery is Compay Segundo, who gained international fame with the Buena Vista Social Club and his most famous composition: Chan Chan. We also watched a soldiers ceremony in front of a monumental tomb dedicated to revolutionary Jose Marti before we hopped into a local taxi, one of the ubiquitous 1980s Ladas, spartanic <b>…</b>
Help answer the question about Travel in Cuba
Can a Nigerian National with a Tourist Visa to Cuba travel from there to Barbados with ease?
I will be visiting Cuba soon for Tourist purpose as i already have the Tourist Visa…But i want to know if i can board a flight from Havana, Cuba to Barbados before expiration of my Tourist stay in Cuba.
